Challenge

Modjeski and Masters has been a leading bridge engineering firm for more than a century. To continue to achieve long-term success, the firm needed a brand that resonates worldwide. JPL collaborated with Modjeski and Masters on building an integrated program based on personalized service; technical excellence and innovation; and comprehensive lifecycle services.

Solution

It all came together with the brand line Experience Great Bridges and an internal and external integrated campaign in print and online. As part of the Web program, JPL developed a social media strategy, incorporating LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Flickr and Twitter. The results of the integrated effort were dramatic. Website traffic skyrocketed, with a 94% boost in daily visitors. The client base grew. Most important of all, Modjeski and Masters experienced an annual revenue increase of 35% during the time frame of the launch. That helped the firm reach its goal of expanding into a new region, the greater Washington D.C. area. To top it off, Modjeski and Masters climbed an amazing 107 places to 297th in the Engineering News-Record ranking of the Top 500 Engineering Firms in the nation of 2011.
