Challenge

JPL's long partnership with the Hershey Company encompasses in-depth industry knowledge, experience with their divisions, and intimacy with their brand. That's why they turn to the JPL meeting and events team for big ideas, powerful themes and content for internal events. The goal is to create experiences that are memorable, targeted by division and motivating to diverse audiences. No internal event is bigger than their annual sales meeting, hosted in New Orleans in 2011, themed Open To Possibilities.

Solution

The JPL team created themed presentations for different audiences in diverse formats. Though each was unique, their commonalities created a cohesive feel. JPL worked with each presenter to craft the message and delivery of the presentation. JPL also created videos and materials for event booths to reinforce messaging and generate excitement for new products and initiatives. It's hard to compete with New Orleans for entertainment, but Open To Possibilities was a crowd pleaser that drove message with sweet clarity.
