As a health insurance industry leader, Highmark knows great service that attracts and retains loyal customers starts with every employee. Not just those directly interacting with the public. Highmark developed the theme Every Hand Counts to communicate that guiding principle to their internal audience. Then they asked JPL to create a video to bring it to life.
Solution
Actual Highmark employees were used in the video, reinforcing the key message that they were truly the face of Highmark, and had the success of the company in their hands. The Every Hand Counts video was a hit at the company kick off for the program. It also received extensive exposure on Highmark's Intranet site, and rave reviews from the Highmark people who viewed it.
