Getting the word out to the world. Susan is responsible for all aspects of JPL’s internal strategic marketing, public relations, community relations, social media and advertising. Before joining JPL in 2005, Susan was a local TV news anchor and reporter, and a radio talk show host. So she understands what makes reporters tick, providing meaningful stories that will pique the media’s interest in JPL. Susan also leads JPL’s social media efforts, driving channel, blog and website messaging. And she champions JPL’s internal culture, assuring messages, milestones and triumphs are relayed to the troops. Susan is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, and frequent speaker on PR and social media. She is also active in her home base as a Board Member of the Downtown Hershey Association, Hershey Rotary Club, Hershey Symphony Orchestra and more.
