Harrisburg, PA (December 9, 2019) – JPL, one of the Mid-Atlantic’s largest independent advertising agencies, announced the addition of two key leaders within their digital marketing practice. Analytics Manager JJ Donovan will lead JPL’s New York-based analytics team. Philadelphia, PA-based Senior SEO Strategist Matt Howell will focus on further expanding JPL’s best-in-class SEO capabilities. The additions showcase JPL’s continued investment in expanding the agency’s digital and performance marketing expertise.

Donovan will serve key accounts, oversee the analytics team and lead the evolution and expansion of the company’s comprehensive data and analytics capabilities. Prior to joining JPL, Donovan was the analytics and insights manager for Spark Foundry, a global media agency based in New York City. He brings experience with nationally recognized brands for whom he developed measurement plans, performance analysis and collaborated on media strategies and plans. He has worked with major retail, financial service, and transportation industry clients. Earlier in his career, he worked for an ad tech company specializing in planning, buying and measuring programmatic video ads.

Howell will serve as the catalyst for advancing the agency’s SEO offering and will consult on key accounts. Prior to joining JPL, Howell served as associate director, SEO for Philadelphia-based CMI Media, a WPP company. Howell was responsible for building the team and innovative processes that drove the growth of SEO at CMI. He brings a wealth of experience in the health care and pharmaceutical industries.
