JPL has added three new team members to its growing integrated communications department.

Melissa Wasiewski 320x240Melissa Wasiewski comes to JPL as an account coordinator where she will oversee multiple accounts and establish new client relationships. Previously, she was an account executive for WGAL-TV and Nike Communications in New York, where she secured broadcast and print media placements and drove marketing strategies for clients.

Wasiewski holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Fashion Merchandising from LIM College in New York. She currently resides in Lancaster, PA.
Lydia 320x240Lydia Bailey will also serve as an account coordinator and will partner with clients on various accounts. Bailey most recently held the position of marketing and research coordinator for Hershey’s Chocolate World, where she coordinated and analyzed marketing research and consumer insights for all Hershey’s global retail locations.

A resident of Hershey, Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Elizabethtown College and an associate degree in travel and tourism from Harrisburg Area Community College.
AshleyL_320x240Ashley Lichkus comes to JPL as its new digital marketing associate. She will be responsible for implementing and measuring digital marketing campaigns, paid search, social media and other digital marketing campaigns.

Most recently, Lichkus worked as a contractor for Rite Aid Corporation, researching and analyzing sales and marketing data. She also worked as a marketing intern for DENTSPLY Professional.

A resident of York, PA, Lichkus holds a Bachelor of Arts in advertising and a Bachelor of Science in marketing with a minor in international business from Penn State University.
