JPL recently added four new team members to its media production and meetings and events teams to better serve the growing marketing and communications needs of its clients.
Allen Clements brings more than ten years of film and video production experience to JPL in his role as a producer/project manager. Most recently, he was marketing director at Second Fiction, a startup mobile games firm. He was also a principal and executive producer for Postage Inc., a visual effects, animation and post-production house. Additionally, Clements was an adjunct professor of advertising and motion graphics at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design.
Clements holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and resides in Marietta, PA.
Josh Miller will use engaging animations to tell stories in his new position as a motion graphics designer. Miller most recently worked as a producer/editor for The Design Works, Inc./Fresh Brew Studios near Baltimore, where he was responsible for on-location lighting and sound, editing and motion graphics. Before this position, he was a promotions writer/producer for WGAL-TV in Lancaster, PA.
Miller holds an Associate of Science degree in film and video productions and a Bachelor of Science in entertainment business from Full Sail University. A native of Elizabethtown, PA, he now resides in Mt. Wolf, PA.
Sarah Votta comes to JPL as an experience designer where she will create engaging, informational presentations for clients. Votta brings a wealth of design experience from positions with Sheetz, Incorporated. In addition, she most recently served as director of communications for the Hempfield United Methodist Church.
Votta is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Artists (AIGA) and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from Pennsylvania College of Art & Design. A native of Phillipsburg, PA, Votta now lives in Harrisburg.
Joining the JPL team as video editor is Jonathan Lobaugh. Lobaugh was most recently the production manager at Fredrick Lee & Lloyd Studios, Inc. in Landisville, where he managed video and audio projects for broadcast, education, corporate and interactive applications. He also served as a videographer, editor and sound engineer.
Lobaugh holds a Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in music recording technology from Lebanon Valley College. He resides in Camp Hill, PA.
