JPL interns are helping a local non-profit organization share its mission with the community in an image video they produced for an upcoming event. The video for The Salvation Army Harrisburg Capital City Region was recently shown at The Salvation Army’s Annual Civic Event and will be used at other functions in the future.
“The purpose of this video is to educate people about The Salvation Army and showcase the many programs and initiatives we offer to help people year-round,” said Kathy Anderson-Martin, director of philanthropy at The Salvation Army Harrisburg. “The interns from JPL provided tremendous value and a great product.”
The interns who produced the video are Marketing Intern Brett Quigley, who graduated from Elizabethtown College, Producer Intern Jessica Do, who recently graduated from Millersville University and Production Intern Kelsey Hess, who just graduated from Kutztown University.
Over the years, JPL interns have created impactful marketing and communications projects for a variety of non-profit organizations including a website, social media and e-marketing plan for Caitlin’s Smiles, and a public service announcement for Feel Your Boobies.
For more than 16 years, JPL has provided students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working with one of the largest full-service integrated communications companies in the region.
