JPL is honored to rank #16 on the 2016 Best Places to Work in PA list.  A recipient for 15 consecutive years, JPL is one of only two companies in the state to be named to the list that many years in a row.

In addition to the honor of making the list, JPL uses the information from the Best Places to Work employee survey to help set company goals and improve company benefits.

“The insight we get from the employee survey is invaluable. It helps us continuously improve in order to attract and retain the talented team members we need to get results for our clients,” said Human Resources Director Melissa Washington.

“JPL really values us. We have numerous perks and employee benefits ranging from solid healthcare to lunchtime activities to fun holiday parties. JPL expects hard, creative and innovative work, but there’s also plenty of praise for employee accomplishments,” said one JPL team member in the survey.

“We all feel part of this company’s success. Our management team listens to our ideas and implements as many as possible. There is no feeling of “us” and “them” as we are all responsible for making our company a great place to work,” said another team member.

The anonymous survey results also allow JPL’s executive team and managers to compare progress year over year and see where the company has improved and what areas still need work. JPL also shares the survey results with the entire team so they know their input is important.

“JPL is committed to doing great work with a high level of integrity. The company is flexible, supports the growth of employees and fosters a culture that recognizes their value to the organization,” said another team member in the survey.

Washington added that it’s a great honor for our team to win the award again this year and to celebrate with other companies.
