A FRESH APPROACH TO TRAINING

Auntie Anne’s wanted to motivate associates to provide outstanding service memorable to every customer. JPL created a video training program in the style of Reality TV, with six associates competing in a gauntlet of customer service challenges. The program kept team members engaged and excited while educating them about memorable guest service. The training was designed specifically to appeal to the audience and convey Auntie Anne’s culture.
