CCM grew by 70% in 6 years. Their rapid growth required a reliable talent pipeline, but they hadn’t yet capitalized on the recognition that their many well-known product brands can bring. CCM needed to build on their product brands in a creative, concise way to turn a point of confusion into an asset. Ultimately, they needed a voice that appealed to job seekers by articulating CCM’s unique mission and culture.

We highlighted where CCM’s culture would appeal to ideal job candidates by positioning CCM as the place to be if you like a good challenge and enjoy being part of a team that looks out for you, listens to your ideas and appreciates your work.

We also made sure to speak directly to CCM’s size and stability – values that are especially important to manufacturing workers. That emphasis translated into a product brand bar to leverage CCM successful product brands and colorful icons highlighting CCM’s scale and longevity.

By taking a consultative approach, JPL was able to deliver cohesive messaging that flowed from external job boards to career fairs to job descriptions and ultimately, formed the basis for employer brand recognition to help CCM continue their growth.
