The CCM Inspect app streamlines process and reduces turnaround time on commercial rooftop inspections. Field service representatives are able to email a completed inspection report before their feet get back on the ground. The easy-to-understand report includes photos of any deficiencies and repair recommendations. The app also logs all the data from the field back to Carlisle’s warranty platform.
SynTec, a division of Carlisle, needed a way to reduce the time it was taking to generate proposals. The Proposal Writer iPad app enables sales consultants to generate a proposal from the rooftop. The app creates a PDF and immediately emails it to the facility owner.
During the ongoing development partnership, we improved the user experience and performance of several web properties. These included the Carlisle SynTec and Versico website and the Contractor Warranty Storefront.
WeatherBond, another division of Carlisle Construction Materials, required a modernized website to aid commercial roofers coming from the residential space. Users can search and filter through products, documentation and educational content. For a seamless experience, we integrated third-party tools to enable users order literature via SAP, capture leads through Marketo, and stream video through VidYard.
We also helped Carlisle change how new applications launch. Teaser videos build excitement at sales meetings, and corresponding digital content on innovation was created for targeted demographics on CCM’s websites.
